Susumu Creative (“Susumu Creative,” “we,” or “us”) is a growth marketing consultancy based in Orem, Utah. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit susumucreative.com or submit an application through the Site.

We collect only the information needed to respond to your inquiry and to understand how the Site is used.
Information you provide
When you submit an application, we collect the information you enter into the form, including:

- Your business name and website
- A description of your business and marketing situation
- Revenue range, ad spend range, and desired retainer tier
- Any additional notes you choose to share
You are not required to use the Site or submit an application. If you do, you control what information you share.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics providers automatically log limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. We use Vercel Analytics, which is designed to be privacy-friendly and does not use tracking cookies or build cross-site profiles.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Review your application and respond to your inquiry;
- Schedule and conduct a Growth Audit call if it is a mutual fit;
- Operate, secure, and improve the Site;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve advertising.
4. Service Providers We Use
We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the Site. Each receives only the information needed for its role:
- Vercel hosts the Site and provides privacy-friendly analytics on site usage.
- Resend delivers application submissions to our inbox via email.
- Email provider stores the email correspondence that results from an application.
These providers are contractually required to handle information in accordance with applicable laws and to use it only to provide their service.
5. Cookies and Tracking
The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential cookies may be set by the hosting platform to operate the Site. Vercel Analytics is designed to measure aggregate usage without tracking individual users across sites.
6. How Long We Keep Information
Applications are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, and afterward only as needed for our business records or to comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time. See Section 8.
7. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we collect, including TLS encryption in transit and access controls on our email and storage tools. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. 9. Children
The Site is intended for business owners and decision-makers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through the Site, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected at the top of this page.
